I just bought this variegated Sparrow Clivia. As you can see, it has flowers forming. Unfortunately, on receiving this plant, the flowers were stuck in the plant. I tried different methods of trying to coax the flowers up. I first placed it in the dark. I then heard lots of light and warmth work. Also some fertilizer would help also. I was able to get one flower high enough, I think to pollinate. I'm hoping for the best!!!!

This tree was thought to have been extinct for over 100 million years..only in fossil records. Yet not long ago a few trees were found in Australia. They are now grown for people around the world. They are very expensive.....
